Quick update on our Hamlin Shell Building E:

Foundations are progressing on our 14,000 SF Medical Office Building project located in the Hamlin development of Winter Garden.

Our trusted concrete trade partners are scheduled to complete foundations, pedestals and ribbon slab within 2 weeks’ time from start to finish.

Following Foundations and slab, the sitework, underground utilities and grading are all on deck throughout the next month, as we prepare for the delivery and installation of our Pre-Engineered Metal Building.
