Project Manager

Experienced commercial construction professional with over 5 years in the industry. Skilled in project and scheduling software, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of managing multiple projects of varying sizes and budgets. Responsibilities include reviewing submittals and RFIs, overseeing project schedules, budgets, and daily operations, providing financial reports to senior management, and coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, and engineers.

Commercial Superintendent

Experienced commercial construction professional with over 5 years in the industry. The Superintendent will oversee on-site operations, manage daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality and safety standards. You will act as the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring the work is completed efficiently and in line with project specifications.

Staff Accountant

A Staff Accountant in commercial construction manages financial records, tracks project costs, and ensures compliance with accounting standards. Key duties include processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and preparing financial reports. They assist with budgeting, forecasting, and tracking project expenses to ensure projects stay on budget. Knowledge of construction accounting software and industry regulations is important.

Assistant Project Manager

Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution. Ensure designs meet technical standards, help manage subcontractors, and oversee project documentation, while supporting the project manager in maintaining quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
