With a diverse background in construction, Kurt Morauer brings a unique approach to project management. Starting his career in the Electrical Field, then transitioning to a Mechanical/Plumbing company, Kurt has a great appreciation and understanding of the complexities and opportunities each construction project presents. His experience makes him a well-rounded team member for any project.

Pairing his hands-on experience, Kurt has 10 years of project management in both the Subcontractor and General Contractor fields. Over these 10 years, Kurt has experience in multiple market sectors including healthcare, retail, hospitality, non-profit and public projects. Within these sectors, projects ranged from extensive renovation to ground-up buildings in both occupied and un-occupied facilities.

Outside of project management, his professional passion is helping to facilitate growth and development within the company. Helping to develop processes and procedures along with safety education are a couple of responsibilities he enjoys overseeing.

Kurt is married to his high school sweetheart and recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary. He has two amazing children and loves to spend time with his family.
